fr User Guide lyx2lyx tests now failing

What failure? I only see the quotation marks and the nomencl error when
trying to compile the exported result in 2.3. But I see the very same
error when doing that with an older revision before the index features
merge (0df63e37736ae07b45).

So this cannot be "due to a recent commit".
