Bug#1008257: lyx: bash-completion not working

I hereby grant permission to use my work for LyX under the license
GPL version 2 or later.

I am attaching the last version of the bash-completion script with a
minor bug-fix (*)

(*) The erroneous use
lyx pdflatex <tab><tab> 
breaked the script. It now simply gives no help. It cannot be guessed
what the user woulb be indending to do.
