[LyX/master] Do not override (Back)Tab in Adv F&R when it is useful

Looks good (if used manually). I never unbound a key in tests. Have to prepare the
scripts.
Also I have to know the binding, like
\unbind "Tab"        "command-alternatives
completion-accept;cell-forward;tab-insert;outline-in;depth-increment"

which makes the 'unbind' inflexible if used in keytest.py
