I can only agree with Pavel that we should have answered faster.

I am not sure what you mean here, Pavel.

This is correct. What is missing is an entry for the InsetNewline 
context menu in lib/ui/stdcontext.inc.

Also, it would be great to add support for this in tex2lyx.

I am not very excited by the screen representation, as color coding is 
considered a bad thing, but I do not have a better idea right now.

Other than that, this is a good patch.
