[LyX/master] child documents: allow inheritance of bibliography file list (#4427)

Yes. It's similar to what we already offer for branches.

I'm not sure. "Sync" would be another option.

It's a normal BibTeX inset. So it outputs LaTeX if it's not in a note
or somesuch.
