On Mac I cannot build the binary package w/o modification.

The Intel build needs the backport of b0a73c0dfdbfa0541f04d7ee2578c4cd272ef7b9. Ok to do so?
The build for Apple M1 doesn’t find the Qt frameworks - I have to investigate. Sorry.
