configuring with

    cmake -DLYX_ENABLE_EXPORT_TESTS=ON -DLYX_RELEASE=ON \
          -DLYX_INSTALL_PREFIX="git-" -DLYX_ENCHANT=ON ../lyx

and then

    make

The enchant library is

   libenchant-2-dev/stable,now 2.2.15-1 amd64
