I have some work with cmake to do. Have to rearrange the detection of QT and
LYX_STDLIB_DEBUG. No big deal.

But I didn't understand:
Is _GLIBCXX_DEBUG and _GLIBCXX_DEBUG_PEDANTIC now abandoned also for QT5?
