Failed about 150 export tests

Without 'reconfigure' not one of the 158 tests passed.

With reconfiguration 
8% tests passed, 145 tests failed out of 158
(that is most of tests having 'utf8x' in test-name are passing now)

Should I provide more info? I have all logs ready here.
(Attached one of the short logs, because of iconv error)

Most other logs are >= 1000 lines, average ca. 750 log-lines/test
