Missing icons

Me too. On mac.

The output of lyx with gui debug enabled is:

and there is no such icon indeed. It’s 
dialog-show_findreplace.svgz,
dialog-show_findreplaceadv.svgz and
dialog-show_toc.svgz

The problem is present with installed LyX but not with LyX running from source, AFAICS.
