DeprecationWarning when installing master

I saw that and decided to ignore it for lyx2.4.
I intend to get rid of it after lyx 2.4 is out and move us finally to python 3 
only.

So it is not forgotten it just does not pay off all the work required to test 
with python 2 now. :-)
