find dialog (2.4.0-alpha3, OSX)

Hi

It took me a while to realize that one of the Find buttons goes
forward, and the other goes backward (and the first one goes backward,
which is a bit odd). The button labels could perhaps be changed to
"forward", "back", or maybe "Find", "dniF" ...

Also, the two Replace buttons are a bit mysterious.

And of course, as always, thanks for all the great work you men (!) do.
