[LyX/master] French User Guide: fix file paths

I guess I opened the file from the master dir like
lyx-2.4.0dev ../2.3.x/lib/doc/fr/UserGuide.lyx

I should open it from its own dir and then copy the file to master,  I'll 
remember it for Additional.
