Reminder: LyX Devel Meeting on Monday

[Pavel Sanda]

Just a reminder,

virtual LyX developer meeting will take place Monday 5pm CET (4pm UTC, 11am EST).

I'll send zoom invite email tomorrow afternoon to developers at lyx.org which will
reach all devs (i.e. ppl having @lyx.org email).

But anyone around this list is welcome to join, so do not hesitate to drop
me an email if you feel like joining as well. Esp. if you want to contribute
to 2.4 release effort :)

Agenda:
* Plan 2.4 release
  - Who will coordinate docs translation updates and management (formely Uwe's domain).
* Donate page and alternative donation pathways
