outline pane issues and huge note slowness

Yes, I compiled Lyx master recently and it is working quite fine, as it
was with breakrows branch.

I did some experiments. I can't scroll down the document unless I scroll
very very slowly if I open current Lyx 2.3 with hugenote file (exported
to 2.3 format) in Wayland (CPU spikes >90%). But I can scroll with Lyx
2.3 and the same file in X11 (i3). So there is a big improvement in
master what regards Wayland because I can scroll. I creadet new Hotspot
snapshot with Lyx 2.3, maybe it'll bring some information. Hugenote file
was the only opened and I scrolled down, text stays at the top of inset
but scrollbar moves down until it reaches bottom and then suddenly I can
see bottom of the text. I scrolled up (similar behaviour) and down once
more. I'll attach two svg to the next mail.

No, I don't have any idea what it can be. Sorry about that. Yahoo isn't
best mail provider and it isn't my main mail.
