Do we have a PARAGRAPH_BEGIN kind of LFUN?

We have LINE_BEGIN, but not PARAGRAPH_BEGIN. Am I missing something? If
not, would there be support if I add it (someday when I have time)?

I was surprised that <Home> executes line-begin. I expected it to take
me to the start of the paragraph. But despite my surprise I checked
Libre Office and there it also takes to the beginning of the visual
line.
