Spellchecking dictionaries in LyX 2.4 installer

Agreed—I'd like to see all languages included by default (or at least a
substantial set: top 25 most prevalent, etc.).

Further, I'd like to see continuous spellchecking enabled by default
(countless folks who I've introduced LyX to ask why that isn't the case).
