Defined at development/checkurls/CMakeLists.txt:8
	find_package(Perl REQUIRED)

Apparently you do not have '-DLYX_ENABLE_URLTESTS:BOOL=ON'. We should move the
find_package() call to different place, maybe to the main CMakeLists.txt.
