[LyX/master] Fixup d207e85c: paint sublabel with the correct background color

Starting with this commit I can reproduce another background painting
issue. Attached is an mwe. Place the cursor at the beginning of the
document. Press shift + <down> to select the first line. Then press
<right>. For me, the label "code" becomes unselected.
