Old windows compilation instructions on wiki

Hi,

The information on https://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/Compilation, which I found
via google, is not up to date. I could not get Lyx to compile with those
instructions, but I eventually found up-to-date instruction which work in
the file "INSTALL.Win32" in the git repo. It would probably be a good idea
if the wiki page simply pointed to that file.
