Problem compiling Linguistics manual with current LyX + TeXLive 2019

Maybe I’m after the freeze?

This is what tlmgr told me and why I decided to go to TL 2020.

$ tlmgr update --list
tlmgr: Remote repository is newer than local (2019 < 2020)
Cross release updates are only supported with
  update-tlmgr-latest(.sh/.exe) --update
Please see https://tug.org/texlive/upgrade.html for details.

Anyway, with TL 2020 it works. Thank you.
