New DocBook support (0002)

So as a novice user who installs LyX on his machine, who wants to see the output
with new docbook machinery, what programs/packages hee needs to install to have some
meaningful options to see the result when he chooses Document->View->Docbook?
Or is the plan to have only File->Export->Docbook option?
