Maybe this has been suggested before:
Wouldn't it be nicer if one could just choose a "Resume" option from the
default "Enumerate"'s context menu rather than having to use an
additional layout ("Enumerate-Resume"). I guess this options should also
be available from the Paragraph Settings dialog.
