Add sections to the XHTML output?

Dear list,

During my work on DocBook, I first prototyped a few things based on the
XHTML output. One part that might be of interest is adding sections in the
generated file. This requires HTML5 to be valid:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/section.

Are you interested in it? If so, here is the patch.
