Docbook5 export of de/Additional.lyx contains some non-UTF-8 encoded characters

For the remaining problems (3 exports):
Inside of comments <!-- some text -->
and parameter values <abc param='value' ...
substitute also '-' and '\'' with their unicode number '&#...;'.

That should make sax-parser happy.
