There is also another problem with that file:

---------------------------
LyX: Unsupported Inclusion
---------------------------
LyX does not know how to include non-LyX files when generating DocBook
output. Offending file:
../SpecialParagraphShape.tex
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Regarding that issue, this is what XHTML generates:

dass die LyXTastenkombinationen darin funktionieren

Back to DocBook. I had a hard time to figure out what this was supposed to
generate. In the PDF, this is supposed to be just a hyphen? What's the
relation with quotes? I just don't get what exactly it should look like… By
tweaking a bit the code, I managed to get this:

<!-- „= -->

Is this OK? I already pushed the corresponding code, as it's quite a bit of
cleaning in many places with respect to the current situation. (The test
case is not valid yet, but the issue for that is unrelated.)
