Hebrew Intro fails with LuaTeX because of table of contents

Thanks. On a separate note, it seems that lyx2lyx is flipping
parentheses. In the diff, '(' is changed to ')' and ')' is changed to
'('. I'm guessing this is expected thanks to a LTR fix, but I just
wanted to ask to confirm.
