This was already committed.
So the output you have seen was what you are now requesting.

 That means, I cannot reproduce Berhnards problem with removed esint10.pfb
in texlive.

BTW, setting a symbolic link to lyx-fonts in ~/.local/share/fonts/. allows
the use of lyx-fonts also if installed in texlive.

(something like 'ln -s /usr/local/share/lyx2.4/fonts ~/.local/share/fonts/lyx')
