Actually no, I just checked, TeXLive does not ship ttf.

Could you please report which of these symbols render wrongly on your setup?:
\int
\iint
\iiint
\oint
\oiint
\ointclockwise
\ointctrclockwise
\iiiint
\fint
\sqint

I would like to know whether we are dealing with few codepoints problem
or whole esint use is broken.

Could also you please post the result of this command on console?:
lyx -dbg any 2>&1 |grep Adding.font
