[LyX/master] ctests: invert/ignore a few lyx25x tests

    ctests: invert/ignore a few lyx25x tests
    
    The corresponding 2.4.x exports were failing, so it is not
    surprising the 2.5.x exports also fail.
    
    Probably there are still a couple more of these left to
    ignore/invert in order to adapt to addition of 2.5.x testing.
    
    Amends 75ad49e4.
