PDF export fails with pdflatex and LuaTeX

kpsewhich pdftexconfig.tex

	/usr/local/texlive/2019basic/texmf-config/tex/generic/config/pdftexconfig.tex

So it may even be possible to edit the distributed one and save it onto 
config :-)-O
