texlive 2019 install

Thanks again. I have removed all the old texlive stuff and used 
Jonathon's PPA, installed also afterward texlive-extra.-utils, -base, 
-bin, -lang (german, english), hashed it, installed lyx anew via the 
ppa, reconfigured and started my document. However, I get the same 
errors as before, namely

srcbook.cls not found >leads to emergency stop (I had selected 
Komascript book style under Docu>settings)

biblatex.sty is missing - no biber found

enumitem.sty not found.

Note that the document run flawless under Debian on my notebook.

I have spend quite some time to find out what to do, but without any 
success.
