You may miss the qt-devel packages.
Here, the following packs are installed:
libqt5opengl5-dev:amd64
libqt5svg5-dev:amd64
libqt5webchannel5-dev:amd64
libqt5webkit5-dev:amd64
libqt5webview5-dev:amd64
libqt5x11extras5-dev:amd64
libqt5xmlpatterns5-dev:amd64

(Not all of them are needed though)
