I have tried this with miktex, can reproduce indeed. It seems to be related
to the DTL package, which I have updated, I guess this needs to be undone
(or any other suggestions from other devs?). If you still would like to use
the installer 5 and search for more bugs, simply replace the executables
dt2dv.exe and dv2dt.exe in the bin folder with the working ones.
