The SDK I’ve used is recorded in the "Linker user flags“ of LyX. See LyX’s About box.

LyX 2.3.3 should be built with the 10.14 SDK already.

LyX 2.3.4 is coming with 10.15 SDK.

But perhaps this is not the only prerequisite…
