[LyX/master] Fix backspace deletion of selected items with change tracking

It is actually tracked. Before (and still in stable) if you added a
row/column in ct mode, this could not be rejected (only the content was
removed, not the row/column itself). Now it can. Deletion was not even
tracked at all.
