New export errors with TL19

Right, sorry.
What about this one
	export/doc/uk/Intro_dvi3_systemF

Here, the graphic conversion png->eps with python3 for clipart/footnote.png seems to fail.

OTOH, adding some converters helps to compile but the dvi-output is now garbage.
