Possible regression on master regarding integral limit

The attached .lyx file gives different LyX display and PDF output
compared to 2.3.x. Is this a possible (lyx2lyx?) bug or is the change
expected?

Note also that the spacing around the colon seems to have a problem on
master. I attach the screenshot. I should probably have started a new
thread for this but since it's regarding the same .lyx file I mention it
here.
