[LyX/master] Reset caret size when inserting text over a selection

A bisect suggests this commit changed behavior. To reproduce:

1. Open the attached file.
2. Put the cursor inside the ERT inset (which is inside the preview).
3. Select all (this will select all text inside the ERT).
4. Type "Fall".

The result starting with this commit is that if you look at the LaTeX
code, we get "F{all}". Before this commit, we got "Fall".
