LyX 2.3.5 Tarballs, Again

This tarball works for me - thank you.

Normally I’d build it with the Qt 5.9.x series. There is a ticket 11872
https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/11872 - indicating a first problem with
MacOS Catalina (10.15). I’d like to try a build with Qt 5.15 next.

The Qt 5.9 is available in case of problems.
